Day-to-day of the role: • Collaborate closely with regional leadership to tailor reward solutions that align with business strategies. • Lead the annual salary and bonus processes, ensuring decisions are fair and aligned with business needs. • Conduct pay equity analyses and use data insights to influence regional decisions. • Drive the standardisation of reward processes to enhance efficiency across the organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven expertise in job evaluation and benchmarking. • Experience in multinational organisations, understanding diverse market dynamics. • Knowledge of reward-related legislation and compliance requirements. • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel. • Relevant HR qualifications preferred but not essential.
