Consulting London To £120,000 base + bonus + benefits Ref: 10409 About the Company We're working with a dynamic, fast-growing boutique consulting and advisory firm that partners with leading organisations across the UK financial services sector. Known for delivering high-impact, tailored solutions, they help clients drive transformation, enhance performance, and achieve long-term, sustainable growth. Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their high-performing team. The Role This is a senior, client-facing sales position focused on building and growing strategic relationships. As Senior Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of developing deep client insight, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and identifying opportunities to deliver value through a broad suite of consulting services. You'll play a key role in shaping and closing opportunities, contributing directly to the firm's ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities • Drive business development across both existing accounts and new prospects within financial services • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives • Clearly articulate the firm's value proposition, capabilities, and service offerings • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to successful close • Identify and develop new opportunities by understanding client challenges and strategic goals • Support bid development, including RFI and RFP submissions • Develop and manage strategic account plans aligned with growth objectives About You • Significant experience within a professional services or consulting environment • Proven success selling consulting or advisory services into financial services organisations • Well-established network within the UK financial services sector • Strong track record of building relationships at senior executive and C-suite level • Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and closing skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative in approach How to Apply If you're looking for a new challenge where you can make a real impact and fully leverage your experience, we'd love to hear from you.
