Senior Service AdvisorLocation: Ipswich Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | £38,000 – £42,000 OTE Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm Weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis) The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities • Act as the lead contact for service customers • Support and mentor junior Service Advisors • Handle customer complaints and escalations • Upsell additional work, services, and products • Manage daily bookings and workshop diary • Liaise between customers and the workshop • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) • Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency Requirements • 2–4+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor • Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up) • Strong customer service and sales ability • Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred) • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment • Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits • £30k–£36k basic depending on experience • £38k–£42k realistic OTE • Bonus scheme (monthly + CSI-based) • Manufacturer training • Career progression opportunities • Pension & staff discounts
