Team Structure and StaffingThe team is a specialist service supporting children with disabilities aged 0-18, responsible for delivering assessments, safeguarding, support packages, and child protection plans. Although caseload numbers may appear high, many cases require lower-frequency visits (e.g. every 12 weeks or 6 months), allowing workloads to be balanced effectively.
