Senior Support Worker – Children's Residential Care Location: Derbyshire Area Salary: Up to £37,360 per year (including sleep-ins) + performance bonuses Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off (sleep-ins required) We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children's homes in Derbyshire. You'll lead shifts, support a small team, and help provide therapeutic care for children and young people with complex needs.
