Senior Town Planner - Nottingham Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy? I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded planning and development firm in Nottingham that is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to support its continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering planning strategies and securing consents for a wide range of projects. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include: • Managing planning applications and appeals • Providing strategic planning advice to clients • Leading on site appraisals and feasibility studies • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Supporting and mentoring junior team members • Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll be a commercially aware and proactive planner with strong communication skills and a passion for development.
