KS2 Class Teacher - Full Time (Long Term) Location: Barnet, North London Salary: Paid to Scale (dependent on experience) Contract: Full Time - Long Term Start Date: September 2026 SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Barnet who are seeking a confident KS2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community where the year group is yet to be finalised, so flexibility and confidence teaching across Lower KS2 (Years 3-5) is essential. Responsibilities will include: * Planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum * Adapting teaching to suit different year groups (Years 3-5) * Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support * Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment * Working collaboratively with the KS2 team * Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues * Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 * Confidence teaching across Years 3-5 * Strong classroom management skills * A flexible and proactive attitude * The ability to work effectively as part of a team * Strong communication and organisational skills * A genuine passion for primary education Why Work with SANZA Teaching Agency?
