Serious Injury Associate Soicitor / Legal Executive - Hybrid

Role: Associate - Serious Injury (Grade A Lawyer) Location: London (Hybrid / Fully Remote Considered) Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits Area of law: Claimant Serious Injury Practice CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a highly respected and expanding Serious Injury practice as they continue to strengthen their London presence. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or CILEX (Grade A equivalent - 8+ years PQE) seeking to operate within a structured, technically strong environment that prioritises quality over volume. If you are currently handling complex, high-value serious injury claims and want the infrastructure, autonomy and support to focus properly on your cases - this is well worth a conversation. The OpportunityThis role sits within a specialist Serious Injury team acting exclusively for claimants in complex and life-changing injury cases across England & Wales. Caseloads are deliberately structured to allow sustained senior focus on higher-value claims - typically ranging from £150k through to multi-million-pound outcomes. You will operate within a well-established multi-disciplinary model, working alongside medical experts, case managers, counsel, care experts and financial specialists to deliver coordinated, evidence-led outcomes for clients. What you'll be doing • Leading a portfolio of complex Serious Injury claims (predominantly RTA-based) • Taking responsibility for liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement strategy • Securing early interim payments and rehabilitation funding • Working closely with external experts and specialist teams • Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues • Representing the firm externally within the Serious Injury sector What they're looking for • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Fellow • 8+ years PQE (Grade A charging level or equivalent experience) • Proven track record as lead file handler on complex Serious Injury matters • Strong litigation and court procedure knowledge • Consistent record of high-quality client care • Experience mentoring junior team members • Professional credibility within the Serious Injury space What's on Offer • £60,000 - £90,000 basic (aligned to experience and seniority) • Annual discretionary bonus • Hybrid / fully remote flexibility • Life assurance & income protection • Matched pension contributions • Holiday trade options • Long-term investment in development • An environment that supports high-quality practice - not volume-driven delivery This is an opportunity to join a business with clear strategic growth plans and serious investment in its Serious Injury capability.
