Role: Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade B) Location: UK Wide / Fully Remote (Occasional travel required) Salary: £41,500 - £52,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits The Opportunity CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national personal injury practice to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner. What you'll be doing • Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, predominantly RTA-based (£50k - £150k) • Handling litigated matters involving complex liability, causation and quantum issues • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss • Liaising with clients, counsel and a range of experts including medical professionals, case managers and forensic specialists • Securing interim payments and supporting effective rehabilitation strategies • Delivering exceptional client care to individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries • Conducting case reviews and supporting the development of junior team members • Supporting your Team Leader in driving performance, quality and team engagement • Contributing to business development activity and building your professional profile within the sector What they're looking for • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience) • Typically 4+ years' experience handling serious injury / multi-track personal injury claims • Strong technical knowledge of litigation, court procedures and case strategy • Proven experience managing claims in the £50k - £150k range • Excellent communication and client care skills • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable) • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment • Confident using case management systems and standard IT packages What's on Offer • Competitive salary between £41,500 - £52,000 • Annual performance-related bonus • Fully remote working with flexibility • High-quality, complex caseload with genuine autonomy • Clear progression opportunities within a national practice • Private healthcare, pension and flexible benefits package • Strong focus on training, development and career progression • Supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking team culture Interested?
