Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Service Advisor to join their established team in Poole, Dorset. The Service Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced automotive environment, maintaining high standards, and supporting the growth of the dealership’s service department. Benefits of a Service Advisor: • Competitive basic salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience • OTE of £36,000 with achievable bonus scheme • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00AM – 6:00PM • Every third Saturday morning shift, 8:00AM – 12:00PM • Opportunity for career progression within a reputable dealership • Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities Duties of a Service Advisor: • Welcome customers and identify their service requirements • Advise customers on repairs and maintenance options • Prepare accurate job cards, quotes, and work estimates • Act as a liaison between customers and workshop personnel • Maximise sales opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels • Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly Requirements of a Service Advisor: • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer service • Full UK driving licence If you are an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding role in Poole, Dorset, we would like to hear from you.
