As the key link between customers and the workshop, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements. • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing daily schedules. • Preparing job cards and maintaining accurate customer records. • Providing customers with updates throughout the service and repair process. • Liaising closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow. • Explaining completed work and associated costs clearly and professionally. • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services where appropriate. • Processing invoices and coordinating vehicle handovers. • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times. Requirements • Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry is preferred. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational and administrative abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and professional approach. • Full UK driving licence preferred.
