Service & Commissioning Engineer £45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits Cambridge Are you a Service or Commissioning Engineer with a background in automated or special purpose machinery? Do you want to work on cutting-edge equipment within a niche industry, where you'll receive specialist training and genuine opportunities to progress? This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing engineering business that designs and builds bespoke automation solutions for customers across the globe. You'll become an expert on highly specialised machinery while working in a technically challenging and rewarding environment. The company is going from strength to strength and, due to continued growth and increasing demand, is looking to expand its engineering team. In this varied role, you'll split your time between the workshop and customer sites across the UK and overseas, carrying out commissioning, servicing, maintenance and fault finding on bespoke automated machinery. This role would suit someone with experience working on automated or special purpose machinery who is looking to develop their skills, receive industry-leading training and work on genuinely bespoke equipment. The Person • Experience working on automated or special purpose machinery. • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. • PLC fault-finding experience would be advantageous. • Based within commutable distance of Cambridge and happy to travel.
