In this role, you'll design and deliver innovative solutions that simplify processes, enhance employee experiences, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Day to day, you will: • Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. *Participate inagile ceremonies and maintain accurate Jira stories and Confluence documentation. • Raise change requests and manage implementation artefacts. *Buildintegrations with systems such as Workday and Microsoft Azure-hosted applications. *SupportBAU queries , analyse production incidents, and maintain technical documentation. *Participate insystem testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure quality and reliability. *Assist withplatform upgrades , including skipped records and regression testing. *Stay current withServiceNow platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED *Proven experience as aServiceNow Engineer , with at least 2 years of hands-on Workday integration and development . *Strong proficiency inServiceNow technologies : JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Document Transformation. *Understanding ofGenerative AI and automation . *Experience withintegration protocols : SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT. *Awareness ofServiceNow security best practices . *Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills . *ServiceNow certifications andagile methodology experience are a plus. And any experience of these would be really useful: *Experience withWorkday, SAP, GCP , plus familiarity with GitHub, containerisation, Kubernetes, and automation .
