The Hours You’ll Work
• Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 16:00 pm
• Friday, 9:00 am - 13:00 pm
• Every second week overtime is completed between 8:00 am-13:00 pm, although can be longer depending on requirements

• MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Consett area
The Role
• Adhering to the following health and safety standards, and reporting all issues are report
• Responsible for following all standard procedures used in the production of customer orders
• Following customer test sheets / instructions and ensuring all work is completed correctly
• Recording the relevant information on check sheets for all customer orders worked on
• Use flat machine and overlocker to complete customer orders by sewing strips of fabrics together
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issue
• Placing templates in specific areas to the ensure the products are to the highest standard
• Following test sheets, and cross referencing to ensure the work is to the standard required
• Testing of materials to ensuring the materials are to the correct standards
• Packing items into boxes and labelling products where required
• Worked with a variety of stains, lubricants and various oils
• Will do both roles from production and sewing machinery, depending on requirements at the time to where you will be place within the factory
The Person
• Should be comfortable working both individually and in a small team
• Must be comfortable going for an interview and induction process
• Must be looking for a longterm position with a permanent contract after a probation period
• Must be able to work overtime one weekend out of every two, as this is a very important part of the role.
About You;
• Previous experience not essential as full training can be given, but any manufacturing experience would be advantageous
