Consultant: Alice Holwell | Ref: 5244 The Role *Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve production and performance targets. *Managing attendance, conducting performance reviews, supporting employee development, and handling disciplinary and absence management where required. *Building strong working relationships with other departments to support operational efficiency and business objectives. The Candidate *A Diploma (or equivalent qualification). *A minimum of three years' experience in a Shift Leader or similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. *Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. *Experience managing team performance, coaching employees, and driving engagement.
