Key Responsibilities • Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring service, productivity, and safety targets are achieved. • Manage and develop a high-performing operational team. • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and audit processes. • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and 5S standards. • Monitor KPIs, labour performance, and operational costs. • Support customer implementations, operational projects, and site improvements. • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. What We're Looking For • Experience in a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Manager role within logistics or distribution. • Strong people leadership and performance management skills. • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management. • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements. • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Logistics or Warehousing qualification desirable.
