Job description

The Role Reporting into the logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating international shipments from global suppliers through to distribution centres and customers. You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently across global supply chains while maintaining compliance, controlling costs and supporting excellent customer service levels. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating inbound and outbound international shipments. • Managing customs documentation and import/export compliance requirements. • Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehousing partners. • Tracking shipments and proactively managing exceptions or delays. • Supporting inventory movement and stock availability across multiple markets. • Maintaining accurate logistics records, reporting and cost analysis. • Ensuring critical path milestones, bookings and delivery schedules are achieved. • Working closely with internal teams including buying, merchandising and wholesale operations. About You We are looking for an organised and proactive logistics professional with experience in an import, export, shipping or logistics coordination environment. Key requirements for the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator include: • Previous experience in an import/export, shipping or logistics coordination role • Strong understanding of international freight, customs processes and supply chain operations • Experience working with freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers and suppliers • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Good analytical and reporting capability • Confident user of Excel and business systems/ERP platforms • A solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail What's in it for you?
