Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied role within a busy operational environment?
We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our team at Goverseth. Reporting to the Senior Operations Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the site management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Description
This is a varied role covering procurement, inventory control, payroll administration, reporting and general site administration. You'll also act as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing
• Processing purchase orders and supporting procurement activities.
• Managing inventory and stock administration.
• Supporting payroll administration and maintaining records.
• Processing invoices and resolving purchase order queries.
• Producing reports and management information.
• Coordinating training and medical administration.
• Providing administrative support to the wider site team.
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
Profile
What We're Looking For
• Has previous administration experience.
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Excel.
• Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Is adaptable, proactive and keen to learn.
• Holds a full driving licence valid to drive in the UK
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous but is not essential.
Job Offer
Salary: £27,583.40 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
