Location: Lakenham, Norwich Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shifts Potential for Full-Time: Yes, for the right candidate Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for a Site Cleaner on behalf of our client, working on a new build housing development in Lakenham, Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy construction site, ensuring welfare facilities, site offices, and communal areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable. This role offers consistent weekday work with the opportunity to secure a long-term position for the right candidate. Duties will include: • Cleaning site offices, canteens, toilets, and welfare facilities • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising all designated areas • Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly • Restocking consumables including soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site • Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns • General site cleaning duties as required • Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team What we're looking for: • Previous cleaning experience is preferred (construction site experience is advantageous) • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • Good reliability and timekeeping • Excellent attention to detail • Safety boots • Must be able to drive due to working on construction sites • Own transport is preferred due to the site location • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: • £12.71 per hour (PAYE) • £14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay) Working Hours: • Monday to Friday • Day shifts 7:30am to 16:30pm • Ongoing work with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position Apply TodayIf you're looking for consistent work with the opportunity to secure a long-term role, we'd love to hear from you.
