Senior Leadership Role Up to £80K + Car Allowance + Extensive Benefits Leading facilities across a world class manufacturing environment Are you a strategic facilities leader ready to take ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing site? We're retained by a major industrial organisation seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead plant-wide Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental performance across their busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity, compliance excellence, and the delivery of ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets. The Opportunity This is more than a facilities role-it's a senior leadership position with real influence. You'll shape both the short-term operational performance and long-term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large-scale manufacturing environment. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, utilities, and environmental functions, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands.
