Site Manager

I'm currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager for one of my clients to oversee a fast-paced shop/industrial fit-out project in London. This is a 5-day contract starting Monday 20th July, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Site Manager between longer-term projects. The Role • Overseeing a fast-paced shop/industrial fit-out • Supervising and coordinating one contractor on site • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times • Keeping works on programme and maintaining quality standards • Identifying and resolving any issues quickly to keep the project moving Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager • SMSTS • CSCS Card • First Aid at Work • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently • Excellent problem-solving skills • Punctual, organised, and reliable • Strong communication skills If you're available to start Monday 20th July and have the experience to hit the ground running, I'd like to hear from you.
