Job Title: Freelance / Cover Site Manager Location: Reading / Newbury / West Berkshire Availability: Immediate (Available for Short-Term Cover & Upcoming Contracts) About the job: Randstad CPE team is looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager available for temporary, short-term cover and freelance contracts across Reading, Newbury, and surrounding Berkshire areas. Proven track record managing volume housebuilding sites (PLC & regional), keeping programmes on track, and upholding high H&S standards. Required Qualifications and experience: * Experienced across all build stages (Groundworks to Final Handover / Customer Care) * Strong trade management, sub-contractor coordination, and daily site administration * Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, quality control, and site safety * Valid Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
