Site Supervisor – Pitched Roofing

Working with an established contractor enjoying a strong pipeline of work, you'll be trusted to coordinate teams, maintain quality throughout every stage of the build and keep projects progressing on programme. Your responsibilities as Site Supervisor • Carry out pre-start inspections to ensure sites are ready for installation. • Complete quality inspections during projects and final roof signoffs. • Coordinate labour and roofing teams across multiple live contracts. • Deliver toolbox talks and maintain high health and safety standards. • Monitor material requirements and work closely with the buying team. • Attend site meetings, manage programmes and report any design or specification changes. What we're looking for in a Site Supervisor • Previous experience supervising construction or roofing projects. • Strong knowledge of pitched roofing systems. • Good understanding of current health and safety legislation. • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate site programmes. • Full UK driving licence and based within reasonable commuting distance of North Devon.
