Social Work Assistant

Key Duties: • Undertake direct work with children, young people and families as directed by a Social Worker. • Support children and young people to attend appointments, education, health assessments and other identified activities. • Supervise family time/contact sessions and provide factual observations and recordings. • Complete welfare checks, home visits and wellbeing visits where appropriate. • Build positive and professional relationships with children, young people and their families.
