This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing practical, compassionate advice on a broad range of private client matters. You'll become part of a supportive team with a strong local reputation and genuine opportunities for career progression. The RoleYou will manage your own varied caseload, including: • Drafting Wills • Probate and estate administration • Lasting Powers of Attorney • Trust creation and administration • Inheritance Tax and estate planning • Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential) • Providing exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process About YouWe are looking for someone who: • Is a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. • Has at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client/Wills & Probate (applications from more experienced candidates are welcomed). • Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. • Has excellent communication and client care skills. • Is organised, proactive and commercially aware. • Enjoys networking and helping to develop the department.
