Job description

Perform Ultrasound Examinations -Conduct a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations adapting techniques to patient condition. Image analysis and reporting -Interpret ultrasound images to identify abnormalities and provide a comprehensive report. Patient care and Interactions - To explain the process ensuring patient safety and comfort. Equipment and Management - Operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment reporting any faults. Documentation and administration -Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using hospital information systems. Collaboration and Communication -Work effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team. Quality assurance and Professional Development -Participate in quality assurance programmed , clinical audits and CPD. Adherence to Protocols -Ensure all work is carried out according to department guidelines and policies and statutory regulations.
