Sous Chef

Sous Chef, Bradford Golf Club, LS20 • 40 hours per week over 5 days • Evenings & Weekends Required • Salary (£28-30,000) • Previous experience in a fresh food environment essential • The position can be treated on a flexible hours basis as there is a natural requirement to work more hours in the summer in the height of the golf season and less in the winter • You will deal with a traditional golf club menu food for Members & Visitors and will also cater for a wide variety of external functions including weddings, christenings, anniversaries, birthdays, funerals etc • You will work alongside the Head Chef and assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be responsible for it in their absence • You must be comfortable working on your own and also as part of a team • You will also be supervising front of house staff when on duty
