Sous Chef

Sous Chef – Care Home Magnus Search are looking for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic Care Home based in Newton Abbot. This opportunity is a Full Time Temporary (possibly Temporary to Permanent) role, where you will work Sunday – Wednesday (Sunday –Tuesday: 7am–6pm & Wed: 7am–1pm). In this position you will be paid £19.19 per hour with weekly pay. As a Sous Chef your role will include: · Prepare and cook bespoke meals (liquidised, soft & standard diets) · Manage allergies and dietary requirements · Maintain food hygiene and safety standards · Support day-to-day kitchen operations Requirements: · Sous Chef (or similar) experience · Knowledge of specialist diets & allergens · Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) · IDDSI training (preferred – can be provided) · Reliable and able to start as soon as possible If you have what it takes then do not delay apply today!
