The Role - Special Needs Learning Support Assistant This role in Burgess Hill is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking practical experience before progressing into careers within psychology, therapy, or mental health services. As a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils' learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
