Job description

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to work within a specialist SEMH school in Kidderminster. You will be supporting secondary aged students with Autism, challenging behaviour, ADHD and a range of additional needs, helping them prepare for adulthood in a structured, nurturing, and supportive environment. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference, delivering engaging and personalised learning that supports both academic progress and life skills development.
