What You Will Bring: - A HNC/HND qualification in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering. - Proven experience in bespoke machine design and successfully managing and delivering projects. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive collaborative efforts. - Proficiency in SolidWorks, including concepts, layouts, detailing, and dimensioning to ISO standards. - A methodical and innovative approach to problem-solving, coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.
