This is an exciting time to join the Triborough Public Health Nursing service during a period of reimagining how we deliver Health Visiting. The aim of the changes is to create career pathways, to produce a sustainable and resilient workforce, and crucially to protect and promote the uniqueness of the Health Visitor role. All staff members have corporate iHV membership and learning and professional development are prioritised within the services. In addition to the opportunity to develop personally and professionally within the team, the successful candidate will have the chance to use their creative skills in developing and delivering training and education and will be supported through an annual appraisal, personal development planning, and access to ongoing training.
