Extensive experience performing a wide range of specialised radiographic examinations across diverse clinical settings, including wards, theatres and outpatient departments. Strong clinical judgement, with the ability to assess, justify, plan, implement and evaluate radiographic procedures appropriate to patient needs. A patient-centred approach, with excellent communication skills and experience caring for patients with complex physical, emotional or psychological needs. The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high standards of clinical practice and service delivery. Proven organisational skills, enabling you to coordinate workloads, manage competing priorities and support an efficient and responsive radiology service. Commitment to education and development, with experience supervising, mentoring and providing clinical training to radiographers, students and support staff. A proactive approach to service improvement and quality assurance, supporting the ongoing development of radiology services. Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in radiology systems, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional and departmental standards. A commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), maintaining and developing specialist clinical knowledge and skills in line with HCPC requirements.
