Meldreth (Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire Border - 8 minute drive from Royston)
£100-£115 per day (DOE)
Monday-Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm
Term Time Only | Temp to Perm

We're recruiting caring, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school this September. You'll support children and young people with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their full potential in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
Working alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Encouraging confidence, communication and independence
Helping create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Monitoring pupil progress and celebrating achievements
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (education, care or similar)
A patient, compassionate and resilient approach
Understanding of SEN, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH
GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent)
Right to work in the UK
Bonus if you have: Teaching Assistant qualifications, First Aid or previous SEN school experience-but these aren't essential.
