• To maintain consistent concentration and attention to detail to minimise medication errors and ensure patient safety. • To safely handle hazardous materials, including cytotoxic medicines, monoclonal antibodies, and cleaning agents, in compliance with all safety standards. • To accurately and promptly communicate information regarding prescriptions and medication availability to pharmacy, medical, nursing colleagues, and patients. • To manage staff rotas and support professional development, including supervision, training, and maintaining practice expertise within the team. • To dispense controlled drugs and investigational medicinal products in line with legal requirements, Good Clinical Practice, trial protocols, and accredited pharmacy standards. • To develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the safe and efficient running of the aseptic service.
