Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry Community AO Pathway

This is a new post within Hillingdon Community Hubs with a specific focus on difficult to reach patients. It will be part of Assertive Outreach Pathway (AO pathway) which will be fully integrated within the Hubs. The post holder will be expected to provide medical input for difficult to engage patients under care of North, East and West MH Hubs under the supervision of the Hubs Consultant Psychiatrists. This post is part of a fully integrated multi- disciplinary teams in Hillingdon MH Hubs and will have access to all additional services available in the Hubs (OT, Community Pharmacist, psychology input, depot and clozapine clinics, admins support).
