Job description

Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist Location: Kingston Salary: NHS Band 6 (£42,823-£50,559 FTE) Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days per week), Term Time + 4 Weeks An Outstanding Specialist College in Kingston is seeking a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join its dedicated multidisciplinary team. The college supports young people and adults with a range of special educational needs, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), communication difficulties and complex medical needs. The successful candidate will provide person-centred Speech & Language Therapy, carrying out communication and eating & drinking assessments, supporting the use of AAC, developing individual therapy programmes, and working collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals to promote positive outcomes for students.
