Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to support both our Finance team and Factory Stores operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments and keeping processes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Finance Administration • Processing purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks • Reconciling supplier statements • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems • Supporting month-end processes Factory Stores Support • Managing stock records and inventory systems • Booking stock in electronically • Assist in counting stock at period ends • Transfer of stock between locations • Coordinating goods in/out and ensuring accurate documentation • Liaising with production and purchasing teams • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock counts • Maintaining organised store areas and records General Administration • Data entry and maintaining internal systems • Preparing reports and spreadsheets • Handling emails, calls, and internal queries • Supporting other departments when required About You • Previous experience in administration (finance or stock control preferred) • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A Keen eye for detail and can-do attitude is what we want Desirable (but not essential) • Experience with business Central beneficial) • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment What We Offer • Competitive salary • Supportive and friendly team environment • Opportunities for training and development • Stable, long-term role in a growing business
