Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures • Generate accurate delivery documentation using the ERP system, ensuring correct material codes, batch numbers, and serial numbers Goods Receiving • Receive and unpack incoming shipments, checking product condition and regulatory compliance • Verify deliveries against packing lists and liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies Stock Control & Maintenance • Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials to maintain product quality and safety standards • Accurately record goods received and manage stock transfers within the ERP system Inventory Management • Carry out routine stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records • Monitor stock levels and escalate discrepancies or risks to the relevant team leader Customer & Operational Support • Assist in resolving delivery and stock-related customer queries • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment • Support internal communication and respond to departmental queries General Duties • Move stock internally as required to support operations • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and documentation About You • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is desirable • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure • Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong teamwork skills • Familar with SAP and Salesforce Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
