Strategic Practice Manager

1. Broad oversight of: • Internal day-to-day management of the practice, which is largely delegated to an existing deputy manager. • Practice finances including QOF and locally commissioned services, assisted by an existing senior finance manager. • HR procedures, assisted by the GP partner with responsibility for HR and Peninsula. • Clinical and non-clinical recruitment. 2. Management of the relationship with external stakeholders, including the ICB (newly merged with North-West London), secondary care, the Haringey GP federation, the LMC and the North-East Haringey primary care network. 3.
