Strategy Executive London | Hybrid (2 days per week) | £38,000–£42,000 + Bonus & Benefits Are you a bright, ambitious graduate, with experience in a client servicing role within the financial services sector looking to gain further exposure to senior leaders, cutting-edge technology, financial services and government? This opportunity is ideal for a STEM graduate looking to step into a broader strategic role. You'll be commercially minded, with a good understanding of the financial services sector, how businesses operate and how clients are supported. You will have developed strong communication skills and enjoy building strategic partnerships while working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Our client is a privately funded organisation operating at the intersection of financial services, technology and innovation. Backed by leading private industry and working alongside senior figures across government, financial institutions and the innovation ecosystem, they are helping shape the future of the UK financial services sector. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join the organisation during an exciting period of growth, working directly with the senior leadership team to deliver some of its highest-profile strategic initiatives. As Strategy Executive, you'll work with senior Executives, helping to turn ambitious ideas into reality. From supporting high-profile stakeholder engagement and developing new strategic programmes to preparing executive presentations and coordinating complex projects, no two days will be the same. You'll gain exposure to influential stakeholders including senior government officials, regulators, global business leaders, investors and industry experts, making this an exceptional platform for someone looking to build a career in strategy, innovation, fintech or public policy. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role across strategy, operations and stakeholder engagement, including: • Preparing executive presentations, briefing papers and board materials for senior leadership. • Supporting the CEO's engagement with key stakeholders • Conducting market research and horizon scanning across emerging technologies including AI, digital identity, tokenisation, smart data and financial inclusion. • Supporting the development of new strategic initiatives, business cases and funding proposals. • Coordinating the launch and delivery of new programmes and industry coalitions. • Mapping and managing relationships across government, industry, academia and the investment community. • Maintaining stakeholder information and supporting partnership development through CRM systems. • Helping ensure projects remain organised through action tracking, governance, reporting and delivery planning. • Supporting strategic events, leadership initiatives and cross-functional projects as required. About You We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised and excited by the opportunity to work across technology, innovation and financial services. You'll likely be: • A STEM graduate with a minimum of 2 years exp in Financial Services, experience in a client servicing role. • Educated in a STEM-related subject, or another analytical discipline, with a genuine interest in technology and innovation. • Entrepreneurial in your thinking and eager to learn. • A confident communicator who enjoys working with senior stakeholders. • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Highly organised with excellent written communication and presentation skills. • Interested in fintech, financial services, public policy or emerging technologies.
