Street Cleansing OperativeLocation: EX10 9TE Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm About the RoleWe are looking for a Street Cleansing Operative to help keep local streets, parks and public areas clean and well maintained. This is a physical outdoor role working in all weather conditions. Duties will include litter picking, emptying bins, sweeping public areas and helping to maintain a clean environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities • Litter picking in public areas • Emptying litter and dog waste bins • Sweeping streets, paths and public spaces • Reporting fly tipping, vandalism and health and safety issues • Helping to keep parks, beaches and public facilities clean • Using basic equipment safely and correctly • Working as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards Requirements • Reliable and hardworking • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Good timekeeping and attendance • Able to carry out physical work • Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential • Previous grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste or environmental services experience would be beneficial If you're interested, please apply to this ad and Kim will be in touch. --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
