We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Student Experience Manager to lead the development and delivery of initiatives that enhance student engagement, satisfaction, employability, and overall experience. Description Key Responisbilities: • Lead the development and delivery of student experience initiatives and projects. • Manage and implement engagement, wellbeing, and student success activities. • Analyse student data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Develop action plans to enhance student satisfaction and engagement. • Build strong relationships with academic and professional services stakeholders. • Collaborate with student representatives and relevant committees. • Manage student experience programmes, events, and campaigns. Profile Person Specification: • Significant experience in student experience, student engagement, or related roles. • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based recommendations. • Experience managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. • Experience within higher education or a similar sector. • Previous line management experience. • Knowledge of student surveys, engagement frameworks, and enhancement activities.
