UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE   We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Support Worker to join our integrated substance misuse recovery team at HMP Wymott. HMP Wymott is a large, Category C prison in Leyland, accommodating approximately 1,200 adult males, and we have a varied and complex population. Practice Plus Group provides primary care, mental health and substance misuse services across the wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services. Joining our Substance Misuse Recovery Team of 10, you will be the first point of contact for patients on the wings - empower those whom wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and well-being through recovery from drugs and alcohol.   This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.   Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of between £25,557 - £29,723 per annum. Hours   Shifts are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.   How will we support you?
