You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach your team, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service and visual merchandising standards are maintained every day. Key Responsibilities • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store • Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent results • Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance • Deliver exceptional customer service • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation • Support stock management and operational excellence • Ensure company standards, policies and health & safety procedures are followed About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail and enjoys leading from the front.
