Job description

Our client, a growing business operating within the 3PL and supply chain sector, is looking to recruit an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied position that will see you working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, hauliers, and customers to ensure stock, orders, and supply chain operations run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities • Placing purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers • Managing inbound deliveries and creating Goods Received Notes (GRNs) • Matching and approving supplier invoices • Acting as the key point of contact for warehouse operations • Conducting post-production stock checks • Setting up new products and billing materials within company systems • Arranging inbound transport and liaising with hauliers and suppliers • Maintaining accurate supplier pricing information • Resolving production, delivery, quality, and invoice queries • Supporting customer service activities relating to products and suppliers • Processing complex and export orders • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers • Producing weekly reports and operational updates • Completing month-end stock reconciliations and adjustments • Supporting the wider operations team as required About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience within an operations, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory-focused environment.
