Supply Chain Co-ordinatorLocation: Corby Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the RoleWe are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a busy Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with supply chain, logistics, customer service, or operations experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, liaising with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the order fulfilment process. Key Responsibilities • Receive and process customer orders, including both EDI and manual orders • Monitor order fulfilment and resolve any issues that may arise • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules • Process invoices and resolve invoice-related queries • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) • Monitor and report on 3PL performance to clients • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies • Raise credit notes where appropriate • Produce periodic contract and performance reports • Complete month-end stock reconciliations and adjustment reporting • Ensure all records and system updates are maintained accurately and efficiently Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, or Co-ordination role • Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade 5/C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent) • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel • Experience operating within a fast-paced operational environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work • Reliable and committed team player Personal AttributesWe are looking for someone who: • Thrives in a customer-focused environment • Has excellent organisational skills • Can confidently manage conflicting priorities • Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion • Is supportive of colleagues and contributes positively to the team • Demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service What's on Offer? • Competitive salary • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunity to develop within a growing business • Varied and engaging workload • Full-time permanent position • Excellent career progression opportunities If you are an organised and detail-focused individual looking to build your career within supply chain and client services, we'd love to hear from you.
