Key RequirementsTo be successful in this rewarding position, you must meet the following criteria: • Essential UK Experience: You must possess recent, verifiable experience supporting pupils within a UK school or alternative educational setting. An understanding of the UK curriculum and individual education plans (IEPs) is crucial. • Special Educational Needs (SEN) Knowledge: Practical experience supporting learners with diverse needs-such as autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or global development delay is highly desirable. • Safeguarding Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a complete willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad. • Key Attributes: Outstanding communication skills, a patient and nurturing temperament, and strong positive behaviour management techniques.
