Supply Planner

Supply Planner Location: Windsor, Berkshire Office Based CTR Select is recruiting for an experienced Supply Planner to join a leading international business within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner with experience in Supply Planning, DRP, inventory management and ERP systems to play a key role in ensuring product availability across a global network. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage supply and distribution plans. • Execute DRP and maintain optimum inventory levels. • Raise and manage Purchase Orders and Stock Transfer Orders. • Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries where required. • Investigate stock shortages and resolve supply issues. • Maintain accurate planning data and produce KPI reports. • Work closely with Procurement, Demand Planning, Operations and Suppliers. • Support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function. Skills and Experience • Previous experience in a Supply Planner or similar role. • Experience within FMCG, food, manufacturing, logistics or distribution. • Knowledge of DRP, MRP and inventory management. • Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar. • Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
