The Role Supply Teacher Barnsley helping educaiton and training As a Supply Teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. • Follow lesson plans provided by the school or confidently adapt learning where required. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed. • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies. • Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress during teacher absence. • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders.
